news['article_1']['content'] = 'The Launch of The new BMW 7 Series was held at The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, which is located at 10 Waterloo Road, Kingston 5 on Tuesday April 28th, 2009.<br><br>Our guests included the Diplomatic Corps, Government Ministers, CEOs of Jamaica’s blue chip companies and financial institutions, Heads of local Tour Companies and Hotels, former and present 7 Series owners as well as other distinguished guests.<br><br>Guests arrived at the gate of the embassy via shuttle from the parking area that was provided by the Girl Guides Association of Jamaica, where they were greeted by BMW Staff members. <br><br>On entering the Embassy grounds guests proceeded past five BMW models (3, 5, X3, X5 & X6), which were parked in the parking bays to the right of the driveway.<br>Guests then entered a space flanked on the right by white fabric curtains (which obscured the embassy parking garage) featuring the text projections eg. “it’s not about wine, it’s about wisdom”, etc. They were also greeted by attendants and offered the signature drink for the evening as well as chocolates specially designed for the launch.<br><br>Guests continued through to the rear lawn where they entered the 7 series launch space. This space feature a 20’ x 20’ box truss, and decking on which the car was placed, and shrouded in white fabric. There were projectors here also projecting images and messages onto the car.<br>The lawn was laid out as an alley terminating in a small podium with the 7 series fabric backdrop in a 10’ x 10’ truss. The bar was located on the right and the food station on the left.<br>The music for the evening was an ambient, eclectic mix of world music, jazz and instrumentals.<br><br>His Excellency Ambassador Jurgen Engel, welcomed the guests to the German Embassy before the evening’s host, Mr. Duncan Stewart also welcomed the guests and thanked the Embassy for their indulgence. <br><br>After the brief speeches by the Ambassador and Mr. Stewart, the guests were invited to watch a short film where the lighting and atmosphere were altered to signal the moment of unveiling. <br>The unveiling was done by both the Ambassador and Duncan Stewart where the white fabric shroud covering the 7 Series was whisked away to reveal the statement. <br><br>However, the guests were in for a treat as in the back seat of the 7 Series was Triple Olympic Gold medalist Usain Bolt. <br>The chauffeur who was in the driver’s seat exited the vehicle and opened the rear door for Mr. Bolt, who exited the vehicle and said a few words about BMW and the Stewart Family.<br>';
